now that fall has arrived, there are noticeable temperature fluctuations and the coronavirus pandemic is more topical than ever. The topic of COVID-19 has been omnipresent in our everyday life for months and we have almost gotten used to being told about risks and preventive measures every day.
The number of cases is increasing rapidly and compliance with safety measures is more important than ever. In the meantime, we have firmly implemented these safety measures in our daily business and have already gained experience with this situation. We take the rapidly increasing number of cases very seriously and pay attention to the safety of our customers and employees. We therefore insist on wearing a mask in the office premises. Furthermore, we would like to point out that viewings, participation in the auction and collection of goods are not possible without prior registration! Please contact us in writing or by phone to make an appointment for the viewing or to reserve a place in the auction. It would be very helpful if you do this as early as possible!
However, you don't have to be personally present to participate in our auctions, because live bidding via StampAuctionNetwork has also established itself with us. This gives you the opportunity to participate in the auction live from the comfort of your own home.
You can even follow our auctions on video via zoom conference. We will of course continue to offer you an increased service. If you do not have the opportunity to inspect the lots in person, you are welcome to get a better picture of the goods by means of scans or copies made by us.
Of course, our clerks are also available and will be happy to give you descriptions by phone, Skype or WhatsApp video call.
Participation in the auction is still possible live via StampAuctionNetwork, in writing, by fax or via our homepage. We will also gladly name a commission agent for you. Of course, you can also bid by telephone, as usual, after prior registration.

Coronavirus – Safety measures for auction viewings, auctions and deliveries / purchases
You can rest assured that we do our best to make your visit as risk-free as possible. Disinfectant is already provided at the entrance. Please wear a mask. You can take it off in the inspection room where the safety distance is guaranteed. Our employees wear masks the entire time of the viewing. Sufficiently dimensioned air purifiers with H13 HEPA filters are installed in the office rooms and especially in the inspection room so that a transmission of the virus via aerosols is impossible according to the current state of science.
Both customers and our staff are required to wear masks at the auction. We ensure that there is a space of at least 10 m² for each customer. We also install air purifiers in the auction room. There is the possibility to sit on the terrace or go in the garden during the auction.
Deliveries and purchases at our auction house take place on our roofed terrace, weather permitting. Please wear a mask regardless, just like our staff. There are two electric patio heaters on our terrace. If the weather does not permit an appointment on the terrace, it will take place in a room with an air purifier. We wear masks during home visits. Please maintain distance from our employees at all times.
